3. Bookings, fees and payment

• Fees are displayed on our website in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• The initial consultation is offered at the price shown at the time of booking and is payable in advance.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Any work beyond the initial consultation is subject to a separate written agreement and quote.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Nature of our Services

Our consultations and recommendations are provided for your consideration and do not guarantee any particular business or technical outcome. You remain responsible for the decisions you make based on our advice. Engagements beyond the initial consultation are defined in a separate agreement.
