Refund and cancellation policy

Overview

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for consultations booked and paid for through redeogen.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Late cancellations and no-shows

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend a scheduled consultation, the fee may be retained to cover the reserved time. Where possible, we will offer a one-time reschedule as a courtesy.

After the consultation

Once a consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, except where required by law (see the Australian Consumer Law section below).

If we need to cancel

If we cancel a consultation and cannot offer you a suitable alternative time, you will receive a full refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
